Coleen Rooney proved she is just as down to earth off-screen as she was spotted lugging carrier bags of shopping in the snow at a supermarket near her home. The mother of four, 38, who won legions of fans for her have-a-go attitude on I'm A Celebrity, was pictured doing a food shop in Wilmslow, Cheshire, on Tuesday. During the outing, Coleen braved the snow and freezing temperatures after the north of the country was hit by wintery weather.
