An Oscar-winning drama starring Jim Carrey is leaving Netflix in a matter of days, despite boasting an almost-perfect Rotten Tomatoes score. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was released in March, 2004, and became an instant hit with critics and fans alike heaping praise on Michel Gondry's masterpiece. Jim led the cast as Joel Barish alongside Kate Winslet, Kirsten Dunst, Mark Ruffalo, Elijah Wood and Tom Wilkinson. The film followed Joel, who learned that his ex-girlfriend, Clementine Kruczynski (Kate), had undergone a secret procedure to erase her memories of their relationship, and set out to do the same.
