Melvin Odoom showed off his chiselled new abs on Instagram on Sunday as he revealed his dramatic weight loss following I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! stint. The Radio 1 DJ, 44, displayed his new toned physique as he posed for a shirtless mirror selfie as he revealed that he has lost an incredible 7kg - which is just over 1st. Melvin's new look comes after living on rice and beans during the ITV show and since returning to the UK he begged celebrity crush Carol Vorderman to 'call me'.
