The Clueless actress died at the age of 32 in 2009 while her husband, screenwriter Simon Monjack, died under similar circumstances just five months later. While officials declared her death was caused by pneumonia, anaemia and excessive use of prescription medications, much speculation has surrounded her and her husband's sudden passing, with suggestions the house could have been haunted or addled with mould.
