Sir Elton John took to the stage for a special performance as Celine Dion presented an award at the MFEI Spirit of Life gala. Stars gathered in Los Angeles on Tuesday for the Music, Film and Entertainment Industry gala, which honoured AEG Presents chairman Jay Marciano. The event, which was held at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall and hosted by US cancer research and treatment organisation City of Hope, saw music legend Elton, 77, delight gala guests with some tunes at his piano.
