Manly NRL champ Tommy Talau and his NRLW Roosters sweetheart Jess Sergis have teamed up to buy their first pad together in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The couple, who went public with their relationship in January, splashed $1.29million on a retro 60s-era two-bedroom flat in beachside Maroubra. Located on the top floor of a block of 12, the cosy one-bathroom apartment features stunning ocean views. Situated in a classic red brick three-level tower only streets away from Maroubra beach, 10km from Sydney's CBD, the flat last changed hands in 2001 for a mere $325,000.
