Strictly's Sam Quek and Shayne Ward appeared in high spirits as they left their London hotel and head to the studio ahead of Saturday's live show. The GB hockey sensation, 35, cut a casual figure in a black jumper and joggers, teamed with a cream bomber jacket and Nike trainers. She went make-up free, showing off her natural beauty, and carried a large black duffel bag to the dress rehearsal before week fours show.
