Alexandra Burke has spoken out about her hidden health battle and how she managed to 'completely cure herself'. The X Factor winner, 36, was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), a common condition that affects the digestive system, in 2021. It causes symptoms like stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation. These tend to come and go over time, and can last for days, weeks or months at a time.
