Multimillionaire entrepreneur Brittney Saunders has responded to the government's new 'right to disconnect' laws which came into effect on Monday. From August 26, employees of non-small businesses (companies employing 15 or more people) can refuse to respond to 'unreasonable' after-hours calls from their employer. And the 31-year-old took to her social media to tell employers it was the ideal time for them to 'get their s*** together'. The influencer, who owns the Fayt clothing label, used an Instagram video to tell her followers that the new law was simply 'common sense'.
