Ray Martin has purchased a new $4.25million pad on Sydney's north shore after selling his old family home of 35 years. Located in sought after Cammeray, 5km from the CBD, the new ultra-modern two-storey spread features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. According to the sales listing, Martin bought the property at auction last August. The 80-year-old, who won five Gold Logies, sold his old five-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion in nearby Waverton for a reported $8million.
