The American band announced in a statement the frontman's visa was denied by the Home Office because he served more than 12 months in prison in 2008. The former Escape the Fate frontman spent two and a half years in prison after he was present at an altercation in May 2006 which led to the shooting and death of 18-year-old Michael Cook.
