Bam Margera is being held in Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania after a driving under the influence arrest earlier this month that authorities said violated his probation. The Jackass alum, 44, will remain in custody until a Monday hearing over the purported violation, the Pennsylvania-based outlet Mainline Media News reported Thursday, citing court docs it reviewed. The West Chester, Pennsylvania native is slated to appear Monday ahead of Common Pleas Judge Patrick Carmody, the outlet reported.
